Cross Cultural Team Building

This workshop is designed to provide participants with the skills and tools to maximise the strengths of multicultural teams and manage the challenges that can arise.

Activities are designed to extend participants' existing intercultural communication skills and identify strategies to improve effective teamwork.

It focuses on the skills needed to participate in and contribute to a culturally diverse work team and touches on issues of leadership and facilitation. These are explored more fully in our Leadership Training and Facilitation Workshop.

The workshop is experiential - building learning through case studies, exercises and discussion to both model and teach intercultural teamwork. A range of approaches are shared to ensure participation by diverse learners.

  5. Develop some skills and tools for planning in a work team
