CCCID was established in early 2010 to focus on specialist services to the International Development sector. It was an offshoot of Cross Cultural Consultants, experts in Australian Indigenous cross cultural training and consultancy. CCCID remains associated with CCC recognising the value of sharing knowledge and experiences across different contexts.

CCCID draws on learning and program experience developed by its team through a range of projects and programs including:


  • Predeparture Training and Debriefing for over 1000 Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development (AYAD) 2005 - 2007, and 300 Volunteering for International Development from Australia (VIDA) volunteers
